Announcing my new Mother's Necklace! Just in time for Mother's Day, this custom pendant has birthstones for each of Mom's kids hanging from a sterling silver heart and bail on a sterling silver chain...because it doesn't matter how old the kids get, they're always attached to Mom's heart!
